Divorce/Dissolution: Kristen Kelly was a domestic relations court magistrate for six years before entering private practice. Her judicial skills were devoted to divorce, dissolution and other family matters. She continues to attend training in the family law area.

Child Support: Kristen Kelly handles modification, establishment and termination of support. This includes criminal and civil contempt for failing to pay child support. Ms. Kelly uses the same child support calculation software as the area courts.

Parenting Issues: Kristen has extensive knowledge in establishment, modification and termination of custody including shared parenting plans. She can advise as to when and how to establish paternity. Her knowledge covers juvenile and divorce cases.

Domestic Violence/Stalking Issues: Ms. Kelly maintains current knowledge on the fast changing legal area of domestic violence and stalking. Whether you are needing a protection order or defending one, Kristen can help. She handles civil protection orders, civil stalking protection orders and criminal domestic violence charges. Ms. Kelly can help in obtaining funding to pay the legal fees involved bringing an action for a civil or stalking protection order. She is a member of the Domestic Violence Coalition and participates in the Ohio Victim.s of Crime Compensation Program through the State Attorney General.s Office.
